S E Hancock & Son Ltd supports the view that Health & Safety is one of the most important issues to face the construction industry at the moment. This is why we invest on a wide range of safety procedures, initiatives and staff training.
All our personnel have attended and passed the CSCS course; under the provision and use of Work Equipment Regulations Act 1998, have attended on site training in the safety use of site tools, and more recently, all have attained nationally recognised certification for PASMA (users of Mobile access towers).
Our Health & Safety policy has been devised through ongoing training and development, and we are committed to achieve a positive safety culture.

Method Statement & Risk Assessment
S E Hancock & Son Ltd provide an individual tailor made site specific method statement & risk assessment for every project, before any project is undertaken an assessment of the site will be made by one of our qualified personnel, to enable the full extent of any risks that may arise during the duration of the project.
Construction sites and other ongoing projects occasionally alter from the original specification, and at certain times this creates new risks, our site project manager will constantly monitor deviations from the original specification, and updated method statements and risk assessments issued as required.
